Shandong Jusage Technology Co.,Ltd. is a large-scale enterprise invested by Shandong Singal Chemical Group.It mainly works in research,production and sales of SBS type thermoplastic elastomer,synthetic rubber and other new polymer materials,and so on.The production line with a production capacity of 30,000 tons SBC per year have been started successfully from June,2012.The construction and renovation work of the second period are in progress,now.The producing capacity will be 70,000 tons synthetic rubber and elastomer per year after normal production.Currently,the SIS type products are sold and used all over our country, and exported to Southeast Asia,Middle East and other oversea regions.
Jusage Technology has always insisted on the cooperation and development ideas of production,study and research.It closely follow the worlds’ research and development trend.Therefore,since the establishment of our company,we cooperate and develop with the domestic and oversea university and scientific research institution actively and set up one R & D center covered an area of 2000 square meters.There are two doctors,five senior engineers in this R & D center and we have established 5 cube meters small and 100 cube meters middle pilot plant each for one set.In order to ensure the vitality of the R & D Center and enhance the R & D capacity,we have applied to set up post-doctoral mobile work sites and plan to upgrade the R & D center to one provincial enterprise technology center or one provincial engineering technology research center in next 2-3 years.On this basis,we will apply to establish national engineering technology research center in three years,try to be the most cutting-edge enterprise technology center of the domestic synthetic rubber and elastomer field through five years efforts.
As a supplier and manufacturer of bulk raw material, the continuing "stability" and timely "improvement" of the material is the consistent pursuit of Jusage Technology.To ensure the stability of our product,we invest and establish an advanced testing center,purchase a full set of advanced testing equipment,bring in high-quality testing team,establish online tracking and testing from the raw material enter the company to each key procedure of the production,set up a traceability production management system.On this basis,we implement the quality management system ISO9000/14000 to the entire business activities.
